  • Align Selling and possible Purchase of new property timelines

  • Plan and Strategize throughout process

  • Approve or Deny Sign and/or lock box keeping in mind monitoring/recording devices

  • Review, prepare and fill out all disclosures along with seller advisory

  • Negotiate offers and open escrow with best qualifying offer

  • Meet contract obligations timely

  • Authorize and approve all inspections, disclosures, reports, statements, questionnaires, advisories, compliances and finalize negotiations

  • Conduct Final Walkthrough and sign off all conditions have been met

  • Transfer of utilities, keys, remotes and delivery of final paperwork

  • Removal of the sign and lock box
